Since I have some retcons left over, let's get rid of baby pokemon for pokemon that already look like they could be the youngest form of a pokemon. Pichu, Azurill, and Chingling have to go.
I would also get rid of Cleffa and igglybuff, but
Goodra needs to be removed more immediately. Also might as well get rid of Cascoon. Silcoon can just be a branch evo based on PID like Wurmple is. There is no loss there
