We saw that humans (or beings very close to humans) can inhabit Ultra Spaces. We have the pale ones in Ultra Megalopolis, the samurai-like ones in Kartana's Forest and the hazmat suited one in Guzzlord's Ruins. How would they be in the others?

Here's my idea: retcon all of this ultra garbage out of the series, Pokémon doesn't need retarded multiverse alternate dimension crap.

I don’t understand fully. Do the Ultra Beasts have their own pocket dimensions or are they just locations in an otherwise bigger universe? Because Guzzlord’s Ultra Space isn’t an Ultra Space at all but an alternate reality of our’s. And Kartana’s Ultra Space being a giant forest where even humans inhabit Wouldn’t make sense because those humans in particular wouldn’t be able to survive.

I'd say that the Ultra Spaces could be different time epochs of the main world. Meaning Guzzlord's Ultra Ruins could be the future Alola, Buzzwole's the early prehistoric period when insects were the giant ones, and so on. Or simply being elseworlds.

Pokemon has always had multiverse and dimensional shit. They only began exploring it in gen 4 and continued it in gen 6 onwards.

Gen IV introduced the Distortion World as an alternate dimension. It's not much, and could have easily been left at just that, but it planted the seed of "what if" and "what else"
Gen VI pushed alternate timeline shit as a crappy excuse for a mediocre story addition that would not have redeemed itself if not for the Deoxys fight. Team RR in Gen VII was about alternate timelines again.
But Gen VII went even further with Ultra Space, so on top of alternate timelines and alternate dimension(s), we have alternate universes where everything is so wildly different it produced creatures entirely alien to our world of Pokemon, with people entirely alien to the concept of battling and training Pokemon.

Karatana's space could probably be set in a Sengoku-like age, Pheromosa and Xurkitree could share the same time period after Guzzlord apocalypse, because Pheromosa are cokroaches and Xurkitrees may've been born from abandoned power plants.
