If you like the sprites more than the 3D models is because GF can't do shit right in 3D, actually some early gen sprites where pretty shity too, but they got better over time. Saying that grid movement is better than free movement if just plain stupid.

Back when the series had competent art direction. The use of color and the sprite work are top notch. They stand with the best of the GBC.

The gba era started the decline into shit spriting and over saturated colors.

Yeah, what’s with that? I just started up HG for a replay and all the lines are so smooth, whereas BW is just...jagged. I love BW but damn does it look a mess sometimes.

Other than being retarded you're also fucking blind. Pokemon are always some of the worst looking game regardless of the system they're on. This stands for mainline AND all spinoffs.
