Be glad the Crystal Ho-OH will at least learn Sacred Fire on import, back in gen 2 that wasn't happening without Stadium 2.

Only in gold. Ho-Oh/Lugia have their signature move early on in their level up move pool so they can only have it in their home due to them only being level 40.
