I just went to the latest 1760 Ubers usage stats and added all of Arceus's percentages.
The result was around 84%.
Primal Groudon is sitting at 81.557%.

Anything goes usage stats is even more impressive. For the month of October,
Arceus usage was at 134.02.
Combined usage of all forms with BST greater than Arceus(primals, mega fug, and both mewtwo meags) was at 133.82.
