A very important thing that needs to be noted is if megas and regional variants count to their ogirinal gens because they're form changes or to gen 6 and 7 because their new forms. Or if they're completely excluded. I'd prefer if it was the first one myself

that said I am not surprised to see Kanto there, just thinking about Kanto Pokemon in general they're all at least decently fast. Gen 2's placement makes me laugh though, thought it'd be faster. Alola was obvious in how slow it'd be. I am glad to see gen 6 so high up too.

According to the person who made the graph, they only used the final evo of each family, excluded legendaries (including UBs and Tapus) and Megas, included all multiple forms of Pokemon, and used stats as they would be in the game that introduced them.

megas are ignored. I'm not sure what happens to alola forms but since it includes all forms my guess is they are all sent to gen 1?

Would explain Kanto, it got two Dugtrio forms to work with
