>>34483425get homebrew on your 3ds. it's been a long time for me, can't remember if it comes with a save manage but get one on it. Then install PkHex. Open up homebrew and back up your save. Then put your SD card into your computer and open up PkHex. Then inject what you want (PkHex has it's own legality checker) then save. Go back into homebrew and export save. then play game.
