Thinking in 5 new types, hmm... I'd would further, I will propose a new gimmick:
METATYPES
A new type of held item (like mega stone/z-crystals) that when they activate will change the main type of the correct holding pokemon to 1 of the five new metatypes
>Tech typeTyping for those who are man made like Porygon, Mewtwo or Golurk
>Bless typeTyping for those who have an angelical or guardian look, like Togekiss, Blissey or Gallade
>Cosmic typeToo good to be left. For spacial looking pokemon like Solrock, Elgyem or Cosmog
>Mutant typeFor those genetacaly unstable. Like Ditto, Eevee and Mew
>Multi typeFoe those who are composed pokemon. Like Magneton, Stakataka or Barbaracle
With the type change, comes too a change form like alolan form and 3 random stats rise 1 stage (always one of them the lower stat)
