Falkner should have a Hoothoot with his Noctowl and I'd swap Bugsy's Pinsir with Spinarak to have buildup of smaller mons into bigger ones.

Bugsy has way too many high-BST mons for that point in the game. Drop Pinsir and Scyther and give him Spinarak/Ledyba. The rest are fine.

Falkner could work with a Murkrow or Natu.

Give either Lapras or Snesal to Pryce instead of Jynx.

They weren't in the original Johto Dex but just give Morty, Jasmine and Price, Mismagius, Magnezone and Mamoswine.

It will never happen but after the first gym they should not be using NFE Pokémon without eviolite.

It's just sad that they chat so much shit before a fight that they know they're gonna use NFE trash in. I know misdreavus and magneton are hardly trash but I disagree with Morty using a fucking Gastly.
