Gallade is type 2 fighting so it doesn't make sense as your favourite fighting type since it's psychic.
Marshtomp is type 2 ground so it doesn't make sense as your favourite ground type since it's water.
Skarmory is type 2 flying so it doesn't make sense as your favourite flying type since it's steel.
Greninja is type 2 dark so it doesn't make sense as your favourite dark type since it's water.
Shedinja is type 2 ghost so it doesn't make sense as your favourite ghost type since it's bug.
Gardevoir is type 2 fairy so it doesn't make sense as your favourite fairy type since it's psychic.
All I'm saying is that you should have added a comment saying type 2's also count toward type favourites
That aside, to answer your question given the 'hints' given your favourite is either water or psychic seeing as your chices have three of each in type 1 and one in type 2 your least favourite type could run the gammet of grass, fire, normal, thunder, rock, poison, dragon, dark, ice, fairy because with the information you've given these are the ones more likely to be your least favourite, considering a random guess will yeild a 1 out of 10 chance I'd rather just say that your least favoutire type is within these 10. That is unless you're willing to give more clues, otherwise this is the best anyone can do without resorting to guessing and luck.
