Fix a Pokémon by changing its stats/movepool/abilities or typing.

>Current BST determines max number of additional stats. < 450 +75 ; 451-500 +50; >500 +25.
>Total BST cannot exceed 555 for non Pseudo Legendaries
>Pokémon must retain their primary typing
>Make something usable; not broken.
>No wonder guard, neuroforce, delta stream etc. Put some thought into fixing the Pokémon at its core instead of just giving it Huge Power
>Likewise just giving something Geomancy or V-create to make it good should be avoided

I know there was another thread but it was just for starters, had silly rules and ended up a wreck
