You just take a screen from a gba sp, pop it into an original gba, solder some extra wires and it works just fine. Its a pretty common mod.

The SP is easier to carry and has internal bateyr, i don't know why anyone would waste an SP for this, just for better R and L buttons?

My hands feel more comfortable using a regular gba. Better form factor imo. Also it has a headphone jack. And i didnt sacrifice an sp to do the mod, I just bought a standalone screen on ebay. BTW I also have an SP too.

The SP is also perfectly balanced. Hold it vertically, toss it in the air with plenty of spin.

Used to do that all the time. Then the DS came a long and I sold it.

You're witnessing true autism desu. Only retard autistic enthusiasts would mod their original GBA just to relive a simpler time before puberty fucked their future. The rechargable battery alone is why the SP is superior but these retards are fine with battery microtransactions. desu I wouldn't mind a 3DS with the purple translucent skin but the 3DS doesn't really expose much inside without its covers.

About to play Fire Red Omega and planning on going with Jynx, Kingdra, Steelix, Arcanine, Dusclops, and either Raichu or Bellossom as the last. I'm still not sure so suggestions are welcomed.
