-all legendaries banned regardless of how shit/good they are (this does not include the legendaries allowed in vgc like entei, landorus etc.)
-evasion still banned
I think salamencite, aegislash, blaziken, pheromosa and metagrossite might be too powerful still especially with baton pass being allowed again, but it would be interesting to see the teams in a format thats basically battle spot 6v6 but without evasion, since thats what people wanted from smogon in the first place.
