Someone should make an OR/AS romhack that basically just changes the game to Delta Emerald. Sure they can’t do EVERYTHING but they can at least make both teams evil and have both Groudon and Kyogre awaken, with the player battling one and the rival the other.

It's like Drayano's other ROMhacks. He focuses more on buffing some shitmons, expanding movepools, buffing moves, even chainging some typings of some Pokemon, as well as giving all the major battles better movesets.

Rotile Ruby goes full competitive, and rams up the level up severly (to the point where you'll be at level 95-100 by the time you get to the E4). Most trainers use competitive-like sets, all major battles do some sort of competitive gimmick like Hyper Offense, Stall, etc, easier EV access and item access. but everything is also vanilla. No movepool changes, no stat changes, no typing changes.

Also incorrect use of “only”, I’m pretty sure they cannot bring back the Battle Frontier or add the new Emerald areas.

Literally none of those games have OC Donuts, nor have edgy dialogue and only Rutile Ruby/Nova Sun have six mons for trainers, but thats only for the major battles such as rivals, admins, leaders, etc.

I feel like this is how they should do it, instead of 2 games, have the evil team send out 2 admins to catch the legendaries and you have to choose which to stop first

As for the whole bullshit excuse of trading, perhaps have a few Pokemon set to not appearing in random saves but make it so the pokedex tells us if we've caught/seen all in that area that way you have to trade with multiple people and cant just buy 2 versions or trade with 1 person

You know all those faggots out there that say "I could do it better than GF, GF suck!"
They lack any of the "magic" GF puts into their game.
When I complete an actual Pokémon game I feel good about it.
Rom hacks? Essentials? Nothing. "Fuck me, this was a waste of time."

Maybe it's because I know it's a fan game and in the back of my head its like "you know this means nothing in terms of the franchise you love right?"

They don't actually add new events. They're just heavily modifying them with texture and model modifications, new dialogue, and a different trainer roster. Which is all pretty simple.

It's not impossible to add new events, but no one has documented it well yet.
