No differences from real thing.
Yellow fixes all the exploits from RB, so no Master Ball or Rare Candy hacking.
The upside is that the game was made for Gameboy Color, so it'll display proper color instead of greyscale or greenscale.
You get all the starters and Mewtwo is a higher level.
That's about it.

No it's still level 70. Only use for it in Yellow is tweeking its nature via daycare then banking it.
