You have to use your imagination a little but she's a top tier waifu whereas something like Gardevoir is entry level waifu due to how obvious it is

Every Gen VI mon has at least one redeemable quality.
Generic bird got Gale Wings, generic bug has collectable patterns, generic rodent got Huge Power. Everything is/was either decent competitively, or has a cool design.
Even shit like Klefki and Aromatisse get points for their unique concepts.
