Wildly popular. However, I don't see anyone giving enough of a shit about z move toys for this to be even mildly successful. I mean I always see people push the demo toys' buttons, but I never witness anyone actually buying thus stuff.

The normal Solgalium Z crystal has Ash's voice play, but they're releasing a special version that plays Lillie's voice instead

Contrary to popular belief, despite being the Deuteragonist of this season, Anime Lillie's around the same level of popularity, if not slightly higher or lower than the other SM Girls compared to Game Lillie who immensely overshadows everyone else (for obvious reasons).
TPC's riding exclusively off of Game Lillie's popularity and thinks it will translate well into Anime Lillie, but really it's only worked out for Vulpix-related Merchandise because the little snowy fuck's already cute to begin with.

I don't think she's really any less popular than the other two (and she certainly isn't less popular than Mallow), it's just that people already know what to expect from Lillie. Unlike previous main girls, Lillie was also a major character in the games, so her character arc is pretty much pre-written.

To be honest you could say the same about Ash himself, he's not really that popular (though iconic and recognizable), but his Pokemon are.

Anime Lillie is like a female version of Ash in that sense.
