It always confused me how they dispersed shit in G2. Like, it would be so much cooler if Gen2 mons permeated Johto heavily, and then when you find out that you can go to Kanto too, oh shit I can get my bros again! Falkner in Gen II had something for those trainers with their Geodude and/or Mareep.

In HGSS he went for recovery instead.
