Ok, we are pretty much confirmed that next region will be based in spain. For alola we only had a pikachu picture in hawaii and a vivillon hawaiian pattern, now we have a bunch of clues. I'm totally convinced that it will be in Spain. I'm very very excited, i hope we have acess to Kalos (Kalos = Kanto, Johto = Jspain)
