What are some underestimated Pokemon that look weak and cute but with their ridiculous stats and abilities make them powerful? E.g. Sableye and Wobbuffet with how they can tank so much damage

Togedemaru. It's a pikaclone with the corresponding stats but it's min /maxed as a decent physical attacker. More importantly, lightning rod and a bunch of good support moves (super fang, electroweb, spiky shield, nuzzle, fake out, encore...) make it a great partner for mons who are weak to electric. I'm enjoying a little streak atm with gyarados and togedemaru

Just in terms of how it looks compared to how it competes? Marshadow is undisputed king of this. Cute little shota that makes entire playstyles obsolete and deletes entire threats from existence in ubers.
