What's the viability of Fling on Weavile? Looking into trying out the gen 4 Battle Frontiers and I was looking into Weavile sets.

Weavile's main role is be a revenge killer/trapper so it needs the boost of attack that Life orb/Choice band gives so Fling isn't really a good option, it already has Fake out so the flich caused by King Rock+Fling is irrelevant.

120 BP one time dark type move - buy it cuts your speed. Maybe Dark Plate would be feasible, as you still get a boost from the item, but then you're looking at a one time 90 BP. Any of the items with effects are too gimmicky. Weavile has better things to do than to status.

I suggest focus sash and a swords dance set for tower. More reliable.

Swords Dance
Ice Shard
Knock Off
Low Kick

Replace Low Kick or Ice Shard with Icicle Crash, it needs the power to break Tangrowth, especially without LO or CB.

I think instead you should use Icicle Crash/Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Pursuit with a Life Orb or Choice Band.
