Koko-Keldeo have awesome synergy against rain in my experience. Scarf Keldeo can also punish with stab Hydro-P in the rain, which OHKO mega Swampert.

Toxapex loses to Greninja in rain or specs Pelippert, Araquanid forces Greninja to switch and can OHKO with a roll or rocks with Liquidation in rain and also has a chance to OHKO specs Pelippert in the switch in or 2HKO the defensive set (that doesn't even has Hurricane). Other thing good about it is that it can use webs to extend the number of Gren's checks. Araquanid is really good against rain if is played well.
