Amused, but not impressed. What would this accomplish?
>Oh no, my Shroomish evolved into Breloom at level 33 by accident. It didn't learn Spore yet (at level 40, which Breloom cannot learn). Thank God for this ridiculously rare, difficult to obtain item (used as an exclusive currency by this one NPC in this one town) that would have surely been useless in over 99% of all other situations (the rest of the game).
