Buff them so that they become the most powerful Pokemon in the game. Bonus points for creativity instead of just boosting their BST to 1000.

Dialga gets Rewind, which undoes the previous turn. Palkia gets Wormhole, which allows it to switch out instantly and switch in a new Pokemon, without wasting a turn. Giratina gets Distortion, which inverts all type-effectiveness on the field for 5 turns. Arceus gets Genesis, an insane recovery move that restores 1/2 HP and gets rid of all status conditions, as well as resetting lowered stats.

How about an ability which summons a metoer randomly and a giant one upon fainting?

Kinda like Behemoth from some Final Fantasy games

Arceus gets the Omni Plate. It doesn't change its type, but it gives +2 to all its stats. Azure Flute is retconned to a key item that changes it to its Ascendant form, which increases all its base stats by 20 (incl. HP)

The rest of them get primal forms or whatever. Auto Gravity/Trick Room/Inverse battle abilities

HP doesnt get any buffs with any kind of mega evolution because the games coding doesnt allow for it, and gamefreak wont change the entire games code just to give arceus +20 hp.

Dialga gets an ability which reverses negative stats modifiers at the end of turn (self inflicted included) and has 0 re/charge time for moves (so his signature is useful, also Overheat).

Palkia gets an ability which summons a terrain that decreases all pokemon speed (as if the are paralyzed) except himself, also weather (drizzle etc) and other effects like gravity fail. Spacial Rend bypasses Protect,, Fly, Dive, etc.

Giratina has a button on UI that you can change between forms every 2 turns, each form has it's own moveset.

Arceus gets more gets +20 in each base stat if holding a plate and get a Smeargle's Sketch move like, which enables it to learn every single move (besides one or other shit that can't be learned because reasons, if this even exists).

Max HP changes mid-battle is possible via leveling up and Power Construct.

Primal Palkia's ability is Red Card once per switch in as well as Serene Grace and Technician all rolled into one ability

Giratina changes forms with a key item instead of holding the griseous orb and its primal ability disables all items including mega stones, primal orbs and z-moves, causing already mega evolved pokemon to revert back to base form while Giratina is out.

Yes but GF refuses to allow form changes that the player can freely swap between to have HP changes to avoid the Pomeg glitch from happening again. Level ups and Power Construct can only add to HP, not take away.
