But that would imply that they're much better ingame, or fantastic in other metas that don't care about smogon banning them like battle spot. The term "blessing in disguise" would fit both scenarios if it didn't sound so positive for what Vikavolt is now.

What's wrong with NU and PU being shaken up with all these vibrant new pokemon? OU and UU are shit anyway and have been shit for a while, and the box legends are great fun in ubers, especially Necrozma and Marshadow. I say good, we get more fun shit for ubers and PU, which are still fun.

My favorite pokemon is Naganadel. Seriously, if you can cope with the cancerous userbase and even more cancerous playerbase within those tiers, more power to you. But don't put a blindfold and think that the only reason people don't play UU and OU is because they're bad players.

Yeah and OU and UU are relevant because they're good. They're relevant because of the large userbase. OU is literally baby's first tier when it comes to people that start into Smogon. As a matter of fact, most players even agree that OU has went to shit hard this gen and so did UU.
Do yeah I really don't see your point. Just because they're the tiers with most traffic, doesn't mean they're good. That would be like me saying /pol/ and /b/ are the best boards on 4chan.
