I miss when Regice was OU in gen 3. Gen 4 ruined the meta with powercreep and stealth rocks, back in gen 3 just RestTalking was ok for defensive pokemon.

It has great coverage, and could run something like Return, EQ, Ice Punch and Fire Punch. Its great bulk is hindered by the fact that it has 0 resistances - strong special attacks take it down pretty fast. Not having a beneficial ability would hurt it as well. Due to its sky high attack and coverage options however, It would easily be A viability.

You can use Slaking to attack for 3 turns and on the 4th turn it will "loaf around". Then the cycle repeats itself
