Ultra Neccy is hard because it can one shot most of your team but I would have to say Cynthia in DPPt (and I think Ghetsis in BW2 but it's been a long time since playing it) is harder out of endurance alone.

It doesn't even have to be psychic weak, as long as none of his other attacks are SE against it. It'll default to spamming photon geyser if none of his attacks have type advantage.
