The idea of pokemon you can't find in the wild, because they actually come from somewhere else is
A. Really cool
B. Makes sense
C. Something the games have been doing since gen 1 with the Safari Zone and ingame trades.
The dumb shit is they keep putting them in the regional dex, not in the national dex until next gen ( like DP did with the cross gen evos, but should have also done with riolu)
