How would the Pokémon be affected?
What role would the Pokémon league play in rebuilding, if at all?
Who would the champions of the new world be?

Some will go extinct, some lower number, most will go through a change similar to Alola forms

Mainly making sure the Pokemon part of the economy still functions and rebuilding houses

Would the Teams, if they didn't start the end of the world, make an attempt to reshape the world like a Ceasars Legion or an Enclave?

Assuming this is before any of them do what they do

Lysandre is a successful businessman and his plans involved this scenario so he'd be able to take control

Giovanni is also a business man and strong gym leader so he can also take advantage

Cyrus maybe, I have no idea what he does

Plasma would most likely be split eventually if not before, depending on what causes it either side could gain more support

Aqua and Magma would still be a joke, maybe some become pirates for the allure
