Vikavolt is now also a pseudo, and has gained 100 bst.

It has gained all 100 points into speed, for a base speed of 143.

How does the meta change?

BL probably. Too strong for UU, but Tapu Koko is just THAT GOOD in OU that it won't be used as much.

It's actually deceptively bulky with good resistances, could be used as a fast wall/pivot, similar to how it's used in NU right now. As an offensive mon it differentiates itself from Tapu Koko thanks to higher speed(outrunning Mega Lopunny and Ash Grenigger) and access to Bug Buzz which lets it kill certain annoying mons such as Tangrowth and Tyranitar.

This. Without a bigger movepool or better boosting moves, it still can only OHKO pokemon weak to electric/bug, and then can get OHKO'd without too much difficulty. I imagine it would be OU but it wouldn't shake OU to it's core.

Oh wow! Another fast electric type that has a focus in special attack! That's exactly what the electric type needed! Afterall we have a plentiful amount of Physical attackers with well rounded movepools and coverage.

trust me, I wanted Vikavolt to be fast too but at the end of the day it's not what the electric type needed.

They usually don't have amazing sp attack when they are super fast. Vikavolt is also unique with levitate in a tier with great ground types. It would definitely carry HP ice and switch in on things jolteon/tapu koko couldn't

Give us some physical electric types or more supportive electric types. Bar Magnezone, Rotom, and maybe Raichu if you play doubles there is no reason not to use Tapu Koko over any other Electric type.
