Or Pandas as fighting creatures? Pokemon has always been about taking an animal and sticking an element onto it. There are abstract cases, sure, like with Dialga and Palkia or whatever, but pure Ice is entire expected for a pokemon like this
The problem is it looks like ass. They have Pangoro and Uraring for bipeds so they should've just made it a quadruped bear instead of making it a lumpy triangle with a huge boner
