It's back doesn't arch correctly, it's body is segmented oddly, it's upper half and lower half hardly feel like they're working together in tandem. But even if you were to make a better animation of it running on all 4s, I can't say that there's ANY aspect of its design that would give you the impression that it would move in that way.
Look at Typhlosion. Despite us mostly seeing it on it's hind legs, you can telly by its body structure and its hunched posture that it is probably more comfortable on all fours. Just like how Incineroar looks much more comfortable standing and walking on two legs.
