Even Muk has a base speed of 55 and it's one of the slowest fully evolve pokemon of the generation. I mean, there's 42 Gen 1 pokemon with a base speed of 90 or higher.

Which is reflected in Dynamic Punches animations sometimes and in Pokken where it finishes its burst move with Dynamic Punch and has many rapid fire fist flurries in some of tis moves and grabs.

What the duck is everyone raving about? Decidueye is Canonically fast. Just because it's slow in one game it doesn't mean it's slow every where else. Lets check. In the TCG Decidueye is put into th d category of Fast Decks. And in Pokken Decidueye is One of the most Fastest Pokemon in the game. And in the anime tho a Decidueye hasn't made an appearance yet, Rowlet Being even slower then Decidueye has Shown us it can move so quick under the shadows that no sees it actually moving and it Disappears almost instantly, reappearing right behind the opponent. And that's all under a second. Even in the Dex entries they brag about Decidueye's Speeds. And no not just reaction speed.

I won't be surprised if they do to Decidueye like what they did with some few Pokemons in the past. FiX their stats, or moves. Like Delcatty who also had only 70 speed and now it's 90. Or Greninja's whatever shrunken. It use to be a physical attack now in gen 7 they fixed it to a special attack. I think if the fans point at this to GF hard enough to where they actually start thinking about their logic they might Fix It.
