CHAOS and ORDER TYPES.

CHAOS types take 2x damage from everything and deal 2x damage on everything. they deal 4x damage on dual-types.

ORDER types resist everything, but everything resists their attacks except for Chaos types, which take 2x damage.

A Pokemon can't learn both an order and a chaos move. Tutors and TMs will fail to teach Order moves to pokemon that know Chaos moves and vice versa.

same problem as nuclear type, completely fucking busted, any other type is obsolete for coverage and in some cases STAB because hitting literally everything relevant for 4x damage is just stypid

Realistically I can't really think of anything they could add as a new type. Fairy fills a type of magic that wasn't necessarily represented well by other types like psychic and normal. Sound is just normal special attacks. I might say radiation but that's a little too extreme for pokemon. There's really nothing left.
