Well that would be Mewtwo of course. Maybe it doesn't look very scary but if the dex entries are anything to go by then it has nothing on its mind but destroying enemies and radiates with the intent to kill.

I like weird Pokémon. They have more amazing things than common designs and concepts. Even if they are ugly, they are the best Pokémon for me.

Nihilego is so weird because usually gamefreak likes to try and give scary pokemon some sort of lovable/positive redeeming features. Even Guzzlord got some sympathy in its homeworld. But Nihilego has yet to be presented as anything but a creepy mind-eating parasite.

Eh. Difference here is that Guzzlord's entire schtick is being a walking event horizon-mouth thing. The fact that it goes to the lengths to close the defining feature of its design and give you those big, sad puppy-dog eyes is a LOT more telling and expressive than Giratina, who just... kinda cocks its head at you. All mons are meant to be cute in Refresh, but Guzzlord takes things that extra step further.

I'm not sifting through multiple pokemon's refresh animations for design features, especially since I'm already taking this too seriously.

My point is that every pokemon has amie/refresh animations/model for the express purpose of cuteness and "my bonds give me super strength!" shit. A terrifying pokemon having cute aspects is in no way unique, whether through fanart or amie/refresh.
