Opposite of freeze; instead of having the affected target indefinitely immobile with a 20% per-turn chance of thawing out, wet causes the affected target to seemingly remain unaltered, but every turn there'll be a 20% chance it will slip and fall because of the water its body drops all around it or because of the extra weight of water on its fur/feathers, being unable to use whatever move it was gonna use that turn.
Also similar to freeze, using certain fire moves or being under harsh sunlight "dries" a wet pokemon.
Every water attack except scald would have a minimal 10% chance of getting the target wet, so sheer force surf becomes a thing. Water types are immune to getting wet.
Alternative name could be soaked, in which case the move soak would inflict it and become an equivalent of will-o-wisp and thunder wave.
