It's not. A Mythical Pokemon is a pokemon that the game's code refers to as "Legendary" (as opposed to "Sub-Legendary"), and is not a box legendary (or Mewtwo, since the starters were on the RGBY boxes)

That's just S and A+ ranks alone. The only things in A and A- that wall this set are M-Venusaur (hard counter), Clefable (can get Leftovers knocked off though), M-Scizor (if Knock Off > Fire Punch) and Latios (if Fire Punch > Knock Off, but even then Plasma Fists do 38.5% minimum).

only things it outspeeds worth mentioning at all full speed that it doesn't at 192 speed is scarf tran and itself. if zera himself becomes common in the tier, then it'll definitely not be viable. but I can see the spread happening if zera is a niche pick since you'll need to eek out as much damage as you can if you're running life orb.
