I hope this means that they're going back to gen 6, both game-wise and anime-wise.
Game-wise, bring back the badges and mega-evolutions. There being a focus on z-moves again makes no sense since Z-Moves are meant to be alola exclusive. Also, fans would be livid if there was no mega-evolutions again(I personally want a dragon-steel type mega hydreigon).
Anime-wise, again bring back the badges and journey formula. After watching every episode over twice(once for sub and dub), I've been thoroughly disappointed. I would be particularly happy if the sun & moon anime ended in 2018, which seems to actually be the case since the switch game is being introduced in 2018.
Also, again anime-wise, since Spain neighbors France(Kalos) and there's a mountain in Kalos that's been unexplored in Kalos, they're almost certainly going to have ties to each other. This ties to the anime since Serena is done with Hoenn once Ash is done with Alola and they both tie up to Spain in some way(serena might return to kalos first and then go to spain shortly).
