Moves with less than a 100% chance to do something have their effects removed.
Serene Grace now powers up moves with a secondary effect. Healer has a 100% chance to heal status of partners. Poison Touch works 100% on the turn the Pokemon switches in. Moody cycles through stats in a set order (Attack up and Special Attack down, Defense up and Special Defense down, Special attack up and Speed down...).
Weather Evasion abilities cause moves to miss the first turn they are sent in.
Confusion and Paralysis operate like Truant, every other turn you hit yourself/get fully paralyzed.
Sleep moves work for set number of turns, based on what move was used. Spore always for two turns, Sleep Powder always for three, etc.
Protect/Detect/Destiny Bond/King's Shield/etc work once, and never again until you switch out.
Items that cause luck to happen (Brightpowder, King's rock, Quick Claw, Focus Band) now always activate the first time they can and then will not work again for the rest of the match.
