What other pokemon (that didn't already receive one in gen 6/7) would you like to see getting a small buff in the next games?

Skarmory needs something to match Mantine. +20 Speed, maybe.

But if you want something really shitty;
Wailord could get +20 Sp. Def
Luxray could get +20 HP and better physical moves.
Camerupt could get +30 HP.

Mantine needed the boost (even then it's still not on par), Skarmory really doesn't. It still triggers me though that they start two pokemon as counterparts with the same BST and then change it later on
