Either wait for the Blend master to appear and use the berries you get from the Berry master wife using codes (pamtre, watmel, etc) or use the berries from Colosseum and blend in the machine with the 3 guys, you might need to cheat to get the Liechi berry since mirage island is bullshit or use another berry altogether, never tried blend master + colo berries.
Use a neutral nature so the stats raise evenly and they should end up about half-way max, also use the contests scarfs
This will win you the first 3 ranks without much effort, the last one you need a bit of luck, use combos (sunny day + overheat in my case)
DP contests are annoying, just master the dance bit and look for a guide on what accessories to use on the exhibition part and stuff as many as you can in your pokemon even if it looks like a mess, move showcase is once again up to luck because the 'chose a judge' crap
There's also a way to max the contests stats but i didn't do it since you need e-reader berries and i try to do everything 'as legal' as possible
