I started hatching Karps so I could find my egg seed on UM but this motherfucker is too distracting, I literally put a napkin on the lower screen so I can ignore it easily

How does /vp/ feel about USM Rotom Dex?
I thought it was more annoying at first, but in the end honestly I actually found it was better because the Rotom powers are actually pretty great, especially the Exp. and Prize Money ones, and he gave me a laugh from time to time.

Knowing certain values allow you to predict literally every future egg, and you can get exactly the egg you want by accepting X eggs and rejecting Y eggs, for instance (there are tools). The egg seed advances when you accept/reject an egg.
This, my friend, is egg rng, the hard part is getting the seed (and, to some extent, keeping track of the seed)

They are, like most of ULTRA. a recycled idea done worst. It is just the O-Powers, except you don't have control over when you have them and you could miss them when you want them the most. Also, Rotom Dex itself is fine, it should have an option to turn the Advices off or at least to make less frequent.
