Seriously, the upper echelon of 4chan staff has gotten so fucking up its own fucking ass that it sincerely needs to fuck right off. They hire newfags who don't know 4chan culture, they hire friends they have over at their Discord. Honestly, to hell with them, they don't care about small boards, and they certainly don't care enough to actually give a shit.
That's why I like our lower echelon folks who moderate the smaller boards, because they at least understand the culture here, they understand memes. Of course when new blood comes in (because of upper echelon faggotry hiring procedures) there are a few bumps, but after a while, it smooths out.
