Now here comes the biggie: Cynthia.
Spiritomb: No weaknesses and plenty of immunities. If it uses Embargo you auto lose the battle unless you KO it fast.
Roserade: You need a Staraptor or Rapidash or it KOs at least 1 of your Pokémon and weakens another.
Gastrodon: No grass type in the game can take a hit from it due to having access to Stone Edge, Sludge Bomb and EQ. Either your Roserade is Modest and overleveled or you get walled by it.
Lucario: Heracross (with Jolly nature) or Whiscash or else you get swept.
Milotic: Special Attacker nightmare (mirror coat + aqua ring), you better hope you have an Abomasnow or a Luxray.
Garchomp: Pray your Abomasnow can take a hit or your Weavile is attack boosted (good luck setting it up) and can OHKO. Alternatively you can use a Garchomp like the pseudofag you are, good luck grinding those levels ecks DEE.
Also all pokémon are OVERLEVELED, and your starter pretty much dictates your strategy for the ENTIRE game. You cannot beat the game without your starter without overleveling or using fagstrats. And if you picked Torterra I hope you're ready to get anally raped mid-late game.
If you struggle vs your rival you will not beat the League first attempt, and Mt. Coronet will send you down to the Pokémon Center before you even reach Cyrus unless you're prepared for the level curve.
And if you think this is bad enough, the Gyms are actually HARDER than Platinum (except last 2 gyms and the first gym since basically no difference).
Oh, by the way, TMs are only usable once, HMs are hard to remove, most of useful moves are only accessible through rare late level ups, tutors, TMs and/or breeding. You think Black/White and HG/SS are hard? Please, you can BREEZE through those games because one has a wide variety (B/W) and the other has laughable level curves (HG/SS) until the late game (Red, basically).
Also, D/P's mapping and journey is non-linear, so you can easily miss an important Pokémon or item.
