What's the closest move equivalent to the Kaio-ken? Should there be a move like it be in Pokemon or would it be broken?

The closest move I can think of would be curse. Kaioken raises your power and durability but decreases your speed. If kaioken were a move it would be like ancientpower but it reduces your speed.

Nani? It's the total opposite. When Goku used it, he got way faster, but when he shut it off, it hurt like hell.

I'd say it's best comparison move would be Shell Smash.
