>>34627670You can't judge defensive stats in a vacuum. 75 HP is not "high" if you only want the base stat to be above 100, but it is still very decent when you have 125 and 105 to back it up, as HP grows at a different rate than all other stats and you can invest on it to make the mon bulkier.
