Nerfing Arcanine’s Sp. Atk by 10 and Speed by 5
Update movepool slightly
Change starter ability from Intimidate to Flash Fire
Arcanine's BST goes down to 540.
Plans for Stryu & Starmie are:
Staryu gains Water Gun at level 5 instead of 6
Increase Starmie’s Sp. Atk by 10
Update Staryu/Starmie’s abilities (Water Absorb, Natural Cure, Magic Bounce)
Starmie's BST goes up to 530."
