Woodpeckers are so freaky that putting them through Pokemon's standard "common bird that slowly becomes predatory over evolution" formula should create one nasty beast, but instead you get something that, while related to woodpeckers, is not a woodpecker.
If Toucannon evolved from more toucan-like Pokemon, it would be appreciated much more. It looks like a solid two-stager.
