the only thing separating nonmega LO Blaziken from its mega counterpart is some bulk. they both can use swords dance, both can abuse hi jump kick, both can abuse subs, etc.
nonmega blaziken would basically be an unbeatable win con in OU once pex is gone (and even then, this is the non-EQ variant). barely anything would be able to stop it.
