This guy would instantly become better if it gained Iron Head as its second physical Steel move. Gear Grind is nice, but that inexplicable 85 accuracy makes no sense to keep on it.

Plus/Minus should be buffed so all Electric types (i.e. including Electric type mons without those abilities) can benefit from the Sp. Attack boost
